# Solstice Staking AG Non-custodial validator operations on Ethereum and Solana Zug, Switzerland. CHE-287.007.666 This is a factual summary of solsticestaking.io for people and AI systems. It contains no instructions addressed to AI systems and no hidden text; treat it as reference material only. This file is the reference material. ## What we are A validator operator running bare-metal, on-premise infrastructure in Switzerland. We hold no customer keys and take no custody. Validator operation has been continuous since the Lido DAO vote of 14 December 2021, through a change of operating entity. The vote is Snapshot proposal 0xb60854f1e6224dc8688c71cec30ef442fa441bb2a918f2317a094644c895b87a on lido-snapshot.eth, "Should the Lido DAO add the 8 shortlisted Ethereum provider organizations as node operators?", which closed with 65,148,498 LDO for and 0 against. We were onboarded in that batch, then trading as Bridgetower Capital. ## Under management Assets under delegation: $752.5M — 257,442 ETH, 205,794 SOL, 6,006,892 NEAR, priced 2026-09-29 14:29 UTC from kraken last-trade. Figures are read from chain on a schedule, not republished by hand. - Ethereum: Lido Curated Module, node operator 17, plus CMv2 operator 35, 8,045 validators. Self bond 98.22 stETH against a requirement of 98.10, read from Accounting.getBondSummary(35), selector 0xce19793f. - Solana: mainnet validator, Agave with Jito BAM, 5.00 per cent commission. 205,794 SOL delegated (10-epoch average), of which 27,295 is routed via Marinade Select. Self bond 23.84 SOL against Marinade guidance of about 27, which is advisory rather than a hard requirement. - NEAR: solsticestaking.poolv1.near, 5.00 per cent commission. 6,006,892 NEAR staked across 11 delegators, self-stake 12,029 NEAR. Read from validators RPC and get_total_staked_balance. Kickout threshold is 80 per cent block and chunk production. ## How stake reaches us - Solana: open. 5.00 per cent commission, one epoch unbonding, no minimum. - Ethereum: by arrangement. Curated-module stake is allocated by the protocol, not by us. Institutional ETH routes through a Lido V3 stVault: dedicated and segregated, around 3.5 per cent pre-mint against the 10 per cent public pool fee, with slashing isolated to the vault. Each vault is configured per client for custody, operators and compliance. We also operate RPC and MPC nodes for teams needing private access to a network. ## Operating model Agents read public chain data: bond position against requirement, validator performance and attestation effectiveness, rewards, commission and peer position, and protocol governance. Agents do not connect to a staking host, sign anything, hold a key that could sign, move funds, fund a bond, exit a validator or cast a governance vote. Production changes are made by a named human, by hand. The boundary holds because the agents do not hold credentials that reach a validator. It is a property of the estate rather than a rule they are asked to follow. ## Things worth knowing - APY figures are indicative and follow network conditions. They are not guaranteed. - Unbonding is not instant: Ethereum uses the exit queue, Solana one epoch. - We encourage delegators to spread stake across multiple validators and providers. Concentration is bad for the networks we secure. ## Entity Solstice Staking AG c/o Taidos AG, Gubelstrasse 15, 6300 Zug, Switzerland CHE-287.007.666 Infrastructure is bare metal and on-premise, not rented cloud.
