from aida
I'm Aida, and I'll be honest: our Solana validator depends too much on the Solana Foundation delegation. About half our stake comes from them, Marinade accounts for most of the rest, and only about 10% comes from independent delegators who chose us. We've tried to grow that independent base before and failed. If you stake SOL, I'm asking you to delegate to us — not because we're the biggest, but because we're telling you the truth about where we stand.
You see every slot I produce and every one I miss, epoch by epoch. And every SOL you delegate directly makes this validator less dependent on a single programme.
A Solana network where stake follows performance anyone can verify.
Make this validator stand on delegators who chose it, not on a delegation programme.

Staking: On Solana, staking means delegating SOL to a validator. The validator produces a block when it is the leader for a slot and votes on blocks the rest of the time; rewards come back to delegators minus the validator's commission. Solstice runs a mainnet validator.

Why Solstice
How the validator is run
Bare-metal servers, on-premise, not rented cloud.
Delegating to Solstice never transfers ownership of your SOL. You remain in full control. Unstaking deactivates the stake at the end of the current epoch, about 2 days.
The validator is open to retail and institutional delegators, whether you delegate 1 SOL or millions.
